When may I bring items to consign?

Items are accepted 7 days a week during store hours.

We are open Monday-Saturday 11-6 and Sunday 12-5.

What types of clothing items may I bring?

We are currently accepting transitional spring womens clothing.  We accept high end labels in excellent condition. Cleanly laundered and pressed.  Items should be current styles no more than 2 years old. Labels must be intact. Please hang or fold clothing neatly.  We will return your hangers to you.

How many items may I bring?

There is no limit to the number of items you may bring.  For larger furniture pieces, we ask that you text us a picture before bringing it over.  We can then schedule a time for delivery that works for both of us.

Do you offer pickup and delivery service for furniture items?

No, we do not, for liability reasons.  We can refer you to licensed and insured movers though!  If you purchase a larger piece, PLEASE BRING HELP if you plan to load it yourself.

How much of the sales price will I keep?

Consignors are paid 40% for items priced under $50

Consignors are paid 50% for items priced $50 or more.

How will I be paid?

You may call the store to check your account balance anytime during business hours.  We can pay you cash for any amount up to $40.  For amounts over $40, we will write you a check.  If your balance is over $100 on the last day of the month, a check will automatically be mailed to you.  Your account balance may also be used as store credit.

What is the markdown policy?

We mark down 25% after 30 days and 50% after 60 days.

Special sales may be held at the discretion of the owner.

How long do you keep merchandise?

The consignment period is 90 days.  It is up to each consignor to track the 90 days.

Items not sold or picked up after 90 days become the property of the store and will be DONATED to charity.

Who sets the prices for the items?

We do.  For furniture items, we may ask for the history and original purchase price.  Our policy is to price items at one half to one third of retail.

The consignment period is 90 days. Items are discounted 25% after 30 days and 50% after 60 days. At the end of the 90-day consignment period, it is the consignor’s responsibility to pick up any expired items. Items left longer than 2 weeks after the expiration date will be donated to charity.

Consignors will be able to check their account via queenies.consignoraccess.com. An email will be sent once the new account is set up which will provide easy steps to log into your account. There is no fee for this service.

~Queenie’s will set the price of your items~

We often find a stain or damage to an item after we have accepted it for consignment.  These items will be donated if the value is less than $40.  For higher priced items, we will contact you via e-mail.

Every item that sells in the store will have a buyer fee added on to the list price. This fee is paid by the buyer and is not included in the consignor split.

Splits are as follows:

Items priced $1-$49 pay 40% to the consignor

Items priced $50 and up pay 50% to the consignor

Balance Payments:

Queenie’s has begun offering Direct Deposit for payments over $100.

Consignor’s can come into the store at anytime to get a check or cash.

You can also use your account balance as store credit.

Consignors are automatically enrolled in our reward program, Royal Family Rewards.

~ The consignor understands that from time to time, a special sale may be held ~

We ask that your item not be listed on local yard sale groups, eBay, or any social media sites while it is listed at Queenie’s Consignment.

Queenie’s will do it’s best to care for your items but is not responsible for theft or damage.
